Shore Cottage
The Shore Cottage is only a few feet from the ocean and is perfect for a family or two couples. The Shore Cottage has two bedrooms,
one with a queen size bed and the other has a double bed. The cottage is fully furnished with a full kitchen, microwave oven,
dishware, pots and pans and utensils, stereo, cable TV, VCR, and telephone. A washer and dryer are available. Guests staying
in the cottage have use of the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna at the adjacent Comfort Inn Ocean's Edge. The Shore Cottage
offers great views and complete privacy.

Lawn Cottage
The Lawn Cottage offers great views of Penobscot Bay. It features a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, living area, bath, king bed downstairs and a queen sleeping
loft. Guests staying at the cottage have the use of the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna at the adjacent Comfort Inn Ocean's Edge.

The Caswell House
The Caswell House is just steps away from our rocky beach. It is great for a large family, or three couples. It has three bedrooms,
2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private deck overlooking the water. The other two bedrooms are on the
lower level. The living room has glass doors leading to a large deck. The Caswell House comes with a fully-supplied kitchen, TV,
VCR, telephone, washer, dryer, and all the comforts of home. Guests staying in the Caswell House have use of the indoor pool, sauna
and hot tub at the adjacent Comfort Inn Ocean's Edge.
Rates
All the cottages are available for seasonal lease Nov - May.
The cottages are available Saturday for weekly rental from May 26 to November 2 at the following weekly rates:
