Our Rates
- Above room rates are a range. Rates for a specific time and room type may be obtained by calling 1-800-303-5098.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for each additional guest (18 years or older) is
$20.00 from May 1 to October 23 and $10.00 during the remainder of the year.
- Children under 18 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.
All rates are $10.00 higher on Friday and Saturday (May 1 to October 23).
- Weekends are higher.
- Third floor rooms are $10.00 extra

Our Rooms
- All of our rooms have great views of Penobscot Bay
- Every room has a deck or patio
- Air conditioning and free WIFI
- Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, clock radios, coffee makers
- Cable TV and voice mail
- Microwave ovens and small refrigerators are available for a $10.00 charge per day.
- We have a limited number of smoking rooms available
- Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per day
- Our Suites have separate living room, two televisions, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toaster and pullout sofa.
- The Presidential Suite is a luxurious two-room suite two Queen-sized beds, 4-person hot tub, VCR, CD player, kitchen
area with refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster.

Our Ocean's Edge Restaurant which is open for dinner and features Maine Lobster (seasonal),
fresh seafood, steaks and other entrees. Try our award-winning home made desserts.

We welcome pets at Comfort Inn Ocean's Edge in selected rooms. There is a $10.00 per night pet fee.
